Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Aprili Designs (aprilidesigns.com.au), operated by April Catherine Erzetich, sole trader, ABN 36 519 738 355, Katoomba NSW. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Handmade pieces
Every piece is handmade in my studio, so each one is unique. Small variations in texture, finish and size are part of its character and are not faults. Natural stones may have inclusions and colour variations. Photos are as accurate as possible, but screens can show colours slightly differently.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Aprili Designs is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is taken in full at checkout. I may correct pricing errors and cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is listed incorrectly or is no longer available.

Made to order and backorders
Made-to-order or backordered pieces usually take about a week to make before they are posted. I will contact you if there is any delay.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping times, costs, local delivery and pickup are explained in the Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds
Please see the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault.

Care
Handmade jewellery needs gentle care. I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual property
All designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Aprili Designs and may not be copied or used without permission.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled as set out in the Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
